            很多企業在施行股權激勵的過程中,無法把握員工的心理,很多公司關鍵無奈的事情就是,發了股權激勵,但是員工卻沒有多感激,甚至有時候適得其反,除了本身規則的制定,在股權發放的方式上,一些細節的確是需要仔細的把握一下。
