股權激勵通俗來講是什么?

股權激勵是將公司股權或股權的收益權以某種方式授予企業的中高層管理人員和業務、技術骨干,形成權利和義務相互匹配的所有權、收益權、控制權關系,從而激勵員工為公司長期發展服務的一種制度安排。
