企業“頂層設計”分成四個層面：領導思維轉變、戰略轉型、管理體系升級與企業文化再造。這是一個有先后順序和邏輯關系的系統，其中領導思維轉變是頂層設計的一步，屬于遠見和動力系統。也就是說，我們的企業轉型首先要解決領導家自身轉型的思想意識轉變問題，因為領導是企業的領頭羊，只有當領頭羊想清楚了，想透徹了，轉型才不會迷失方向，才不會走彎路。

當然，僅僅意識到“頂層設計”的重要性還不行，必  須讓更多的中國企業掌握進行“頂層設計”的方法 論，通過“頂層設計”實現企業的轉型與升級。轉型意味著中國企業不得不經歷一次痛苦的“蛻變”，這是成長過程中艱難的時刻。

企業的頂層架構設計，指企業對未來愿景、發展戰略和發展規劃等的總體設計，意在通過全局的謀劃，確保企業各項經營活動的順利開展。

其內容和投行服務相關的主要體現在以下三個方面：

1、業務方面（產業結構、商業模式），即企業采取什么樣的經營方針和政策、經營模式和策略等，這是頂層設計的基礎，只有明確業務運作模式，設計的落地執行才有依據；

2、運營架構（股權架構和公司治理），即企業確定什么樣的股權結構和公司組織內部治理架構等，這是頂層設計的保障，只有合理進行職能部門的設立和職責的劃分，才能確保設計的順利實施；

Operation structure (equity structure and corporate governance), that is, what kind of equity structure and internal governance structure the enterprise determines, is the guarantee of top-level design. 3、財務架構（資本模式），即企業運用什么樣的財務管控模式和資本運作方式等，這是頂層設計的手段，通過有序的管控和運作，推動企業快速成長和不斷增值。
