            合伙開店,股權該如何設計呢?

            關于股權的問題,很多人是缺少這方面的常識的,合伙之前如果不懂,后面往往吃大虧,我這里普及一下關于股權設計的幾條常識:

            1、一定控制權67%,相當于100%的權力,可以修改公司章程/分立、合并、變更主營項目、重大決策;相對控制權51%,控制線,控制公司;安 全控制權34%,一票否決權。

            3,一定要簽協議,把雙方的股權比例,分工,責任,義務,都寫出來。雙方簽字蓋章。不愿意簽協議的都是不定因素。

            4,一個團隊中要有老大,有老大,才有人決策,棘手的事情才能被決策。這也是股權不能五五分的根本原因。
