股權激勵可以根據企業實際來靈活賦予股權權能種類的多少由此就會使得股權激勵產生很多種激勵的模式。

常見的模式主要分為三大類

1、虛擬股份激勵模式

3、虛實結合的股份激勵模式

該類股權規定在一定期限內實施虛擬股票激勵模式,到期時再按實股激勵模式將相應虛擬股票轉為實際股票。
This kind of equity stipulates that the virtual stock incentive mode shall be implemented within a certain period of time, and then the corresponding virtual stock shall be converted into actual stock according to the real stock incentive mode when it matures.
